Empowering mental health services for adults, focusing on resilience, self-care, and coping skills in a supportive, inclusive environment.

I provide individual therapy to adults 25+, group intensives, and tools that make wellness realistic and sustainable. I also partner with schools and organizations to deliver engaging professional development on social-emotional learning for staff and parents.

My journals, workshops, and speaking engagements all share the same goal: to make healing visible, to redefine success beyond exhaustion, and to honor every story — especially those rarely heard.
